Diann is a licensed clinical social worker who has over 30 years of experience of working with persons in need. She has worked in a variety of settings – traditional outpatient, partial hospitalization programs and inpatient settings, within Michigan, New York City and Louisville, KY. She has a strong background in working with individuals with substance use disorders and has also worked with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and a multitude of other mental health issues. She enjoys working with people on an individual basis, along with facilitating group therapy and family therapy sessions to improve a person’s well-being. She believes in meeting a person where they are, identifying their goals for personal growth and working together as a team to achieve those goals. She has experience in CBT, DBT and MI. She achieved both her master’s degree in social work and bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. She would welcome the opportunity to work with you to assist you on your journey of recovery and personal growth.
