I enjoyed meeting my therapist, she is wonderful!! However, the waiting room didn't have anyone to greet you and take your DL/Insurance information as stated in the welcome note they sent. The therapist came to the waiting room looking for her next client (there were 3 of us in the waiting room) this being my first time, I didn't recognize her. So I had to ask what her name was. After she introduced herself, I stood up and said, "I'm your next client". And the rest was perfect. Just an awkward start to an already awkward situation. But I would recommend the group as a whole.
