Beth Sharlow is a clinical social worker who has been practicing in the mental health field for over 20 years. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in psychology and from Eastern Michigan University with an MSW. Her educational and professional experience has been in the fields of mental health, chemical dependency , crisis services, case management, and administration.

Beth Uses a variety of approaches with her clients, including Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness-based CBT, Solution-focused therapy, and Trauma therapy. Everyone has different needs, so she tailors her approach to find the best possible fit for each client. She has extensive background working with clients experiencing severe mental illness, depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD.

In her spare time, Beth enjoys bird-watching, golf, hiking, travel, reading, and music. She is passionate about helping her clients feel better, with the understanding that there is always hope for recovery.
