Are you struggling in the areas of anxiety, anger, depression, resentment, indecision, people pleasing, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem?

These are common symptoms of Burnout. As a Mental Health Therapist, I am uniquely trained in helping busy working professionals manage their work stress. When mental health is treated, then an individual can have a good quality of life and be a productive member of society.

As a therapist I am expertly trained in helping clients manage their mental health, which includes cultivating a healthy lifestyle and developing coping mechanisms. In addition, a part of my clinical practice includes the topic of implicit bias and it’s connection to racial trauma, which can severely affect one’s mental health.

My goal in therapy is to create a safe and empowering environment for all clients. My clinical methodologies includes Cognitive-Behavioral and Motivational Interviewing. In regards to recovery/addiction methodologies, I prescribe to evidence based practices that includes Alcoholic Anonymous, Adult Children of Alcoholics, and Codependent Anonymous.
