My goal is to create an atmosphere for personal growth, self-discovery, without fear of judgment. I believe each person has the capacity and desire for personal growth. I help people who are 16 years and older struggling with trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues and life transitions. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Michigan.

I will help you identify your values and beliefs to develop your desired future. I will also help you identify patterns of thoughts and behaviors that are not serving you, and help you develop new patterns so you can achieve peace, joy and happiness. I utilize a holistic and integrative approach.

It can be difficult to reach out for help, especially when our lives get chaotic and stressful. It is important for all of us to feel validated, supported and comforted. Please do not hesitate to reach out and benefit from the much needed self-care you deserve! I offer virtual and in person sessions. I offer virtual session Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm, and am available for in person sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 9am-5pm. I look forward to hearing from you!
