Elizabeth is particularly passionate about supporting individuals recently discharged from psychiatric hospitals. She works with patients experiencing intrusive thoughts, suicidal ideation, and reproductive challenges, using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, family therapy, and parenting skills. She serves a diverse range of populations, including first responders, LGBTQ+ individuals, men, women, and children in adoption or foster care, tailoring her approach to meet each patient’s unique needs.

Outside of her clinical work, Elizabeth enjoys creative expression through crafting, painting, and music, both playing and listening. She values reading, writing, and spending time outdoors hiking or walking, which help her recharge and stay grounded. Family is also central to her life, and she enjoys cheering on her children at their sports games and exploring new hobbies and skills.
