LifeStance communicates via text and email with regard to notices of appointments, etc. They have a patient portal, which has been working great for me. When I needed to speak to someone with regard to a prior authorization, I was able to speak to a real person and received results promptly. I had my first appointment today at LifeStance Health with Haley Koepp, DNP, PMHNP-BC. The office is Very modern, clean and located in a nice business complex. The office did a great job at staying in communication with me prior to my visit. I was able to get all of my registration completed prior to my appointment. My Appointment with Haley was wonderful. She was friendly, personable, And attentive in listening. It was obvious she cares about her patients And I felt welcome the moment I stepped into her office. I feel very confident I have found a great psychiatrist with what appears to be a great Organization as well. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I had a nice experience with my doctor. Dr. Thirtala listened to my concerns and asked questions Being comfortable with a new medical provider and having a candid conversation is the most effective therapy one could hope for. I see therapist Stephan Baker I do flash therapy, which is part of EMDR with him and I can tell you that I have had phenomenal results in an extremely short amount of time. I don’t know Where I would be right now, if I did not have him as a therapist. His extremely educated and certified I recommend him to everyone.

I met Dr. Thirtala in her Chesterfield office yesterday. The office was large, clean and had plenty of windows. Comfy chair to sit in while we discussed my well being. Dr. Thirtala showed kindness and concern with a dash of mom. She's a great doctor. The staff when checking in was very gracious when I needed help.
