I was with lifetance for almost 4 years I was going through a really bad time in my life and I decided I needed help in life stance came across and I chose them and they were amazing. I had a really great psychiatrist by the name of Ellen Wade and she. and understood me and then she got an awesome promotion, and I had to go through a couple of other people who took care of my medication and I had an amazing therapist named Dora Temple. She is the most kindest, amazing outstanding woman to understand what was going on with me and I never thought that I would be able to write this about my situation but here I am thanks to her. She has helped me through so many obstacles and has been there for me every step of the way until recently I had to change services and companies due to the companies insurance mistake that hurt me a lot because the gentleman who was supposed to be taking the place of ellin Wade Who was handling my medication’s was told he had to cut me off during our live session and he did and he left me to fend for myself to find other care and that right there was not professional. I wasn’t in a situation to be cut off and left alone to find other places or companies to help me with my situation so it is called abandonment of Care, but thank God I had Miss Dora Temple, my amazing therapist. She never left my side and she helped me all the way to the very end until I was able to get into a new office a new therapist a new psychiatrist, and she was there when I needed her the most so as much as I was very upset over the last 6 to 7 weeks of what happened to me due to their insurance issue I still rate them a four, but that last star was taken away by the gentleman named Bernard who left me to fend for myself so I hope this doesn’t ever happen again and I highly recommend if anybody is looking for an amazing therapist I highly recommend Miss Dora temple at lifestance. Sorry for the long review, but I really felt that this needed to be put out there. Thank you again.

I was really nervous about getting back into a new psych doctor and having to explain my entire life, problems, and diagnoses all over again to yet again another doctor who probably wouldn't care or remember me or really hear me out and really give a F on what I needed and what meds really helped me but that wasn't the case . Life stance and doctor Ryan sondergard were amazing and yes it took a month to see him on telehealth but he truly listened to me, asked questions, and really cared about my issues with my anxiety and ADHD and didn't treat me as if I was drug seeking. He made me really comfortable and genuinely wanted what's best for me and wanted me on medications that have truly worked for me. So my first visit were taking care of anxiety and other issues and next month I go into his Maryland heights location for follow up and to get on my ADHD meds if needed and I truly appreciate him for making this process so easy for me and not treating me like I'm drug seeking for medications I truly need i don't think he truly realizes how much that meant to me. If you want real help from someone that truly cares and will really listen and not just jot things down occasionally and carry on with the next question please go see him he's such a good doctor and makes you really comfortable!! Thank you doctor sondergard!!

Dr. Sondergard is so good with patients. He listens and takes time for you to understand about medications and your care. It is a very safe space to share your concerns and a place you can be honest and not judge. His staff is just as nice and take care of your needs right away. Never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for appointments or phone calls. Excellent care. Recommend this practice to the highest level.

Dava is truly exceptional. Her approach is both engaging and authentic, and she has a remarkable ability to listen in a way that immediately puts you at ease. I have been seeing Nancy Lubowitz for several weeks now. I felt very comfortable with her right from my first visit. She is very thorough and took the time to become familiar with anyone I may be bringing up during my session. I have never been to therapy so I wasn't sure what to expect.
