I've had issues finding a therapist I can relate to that actually can relate to me and help me get through a traumatic event. Previous therapist wanted to consistently talk about the event versus helping me stop reliving it over and over in my head on a daily basis. I'm so grateful I found Lori because she's help me to stop reliving that day over and over my head. She gave me an idea to try because we're coming up on the anniversary of the event and my nightmares were coming back and I went ahead and tried it and my nightmares finally went away and tomorrow will be the two-year anniversary and I'm okay.
