About Beth Hardin (She/Her)

Beth Hardin is dedicated to helping adults and older adults throughout Missouri navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual and group therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also offering support for a range of additional mental health concerns.

Beth believes that effective therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and respect. She works alongside clients to identify obstacles, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Her approach is tailored to each individual’s needs and incorporates evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also offers additional therapeutic approaches to support a wide variety of concerns.

Beth has extensive experience helping individuals manage significant life transitions and emotional challenges. She is particularly passionate about supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, and midlife transitions. Whether someone is adjusting to a new stage of life, coping with stress, or working through personal challenges, Beth strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward.

In addition to her clinical work, Beth enjoys fitness and strength training, biking, traveling, and caring for her plants and garden. These interests reinforce her belief in the importance of balance, wellness, and self-care as part of overall mental health.

Beth earned her education from Salisbury University and Park University. She is committed to helping clients develop practical tools that support long-term growth, emotional wellness, and an improved quality of life.
