Jessie Culley, MS, LPC,
About Jessie Culley (She/Her)
Jessie Culley helps adolescents, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based mental health care. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides therapy to patients across Missouri who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. Jessie creates a supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Jessie has experience working with a wide range of mental health needs and is particularly skilled in treating anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD/trauma. She works collaboratively with patients to identify strengths, build resilience, and develop practical strategies that support long-term emotional wellness. In addition to these areas of expertise, she has experience helping individuals navigate concerns such as bipolar disorder, grief, childhood behavior challenges, and school avoidance.
Her therapeutic approach is individualized to each patient’s unique needs and goals. Jessie incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Therapy into treatment, while drawing from additional evidence-based interventions when appropriate. She provides individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and higher levels of care through Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP).
Jessie works with adolescents, teens, and adults, helping patients build confidence, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and move toward greater emotional balance. She believes that successful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration.
Outside of her clinical work, Jessie enjoys hiking, reading, sharing dad jokes, and spending time immersed in the worlds of Marvel Comics and Star Wars. These interests help her stay grounded, curious, and connected to the importance of balance and personal growth.
