About Megan Helwig (She/Her)

Megan Helwig MA,LPC, has been working in the behavioral field since 2002. She is honored to have worked in a variety of settings and roles, including case management; individual, family, and group/IOP therapy; and as Clinical Director of a Community Mental Health Center in Arizona.

Megan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ottawa University in Phoenix, AZ with a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling. She also earned a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors.

Megan has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a wide range of areas including anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and addiction/substance use.

She moved to Missouri in 2014 and began her journey with LifeStance Health in 2015 as the Clinical Director and currently serves as the Operations Director for the LifeStance-Missouri offices.
