Susanne Smith, LPC, helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults across Missouri navigate life’s challenges with confidence, emotional balance, and practical coping skills through compassionate, evidence-based care at LifeStance Health. She provides both individual and family therapy, supporting patients experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD while creating a safe, structured environment where individuals and families can work toward meaningful and lasting change.

As a Registered Play Therapist, Susanne brings a specialized focus to working with children and adolescents, using developmentally appropriate techniques to help younger patients express emotions, build resilience, and improve behavior. She is passionate about supporting children and families dealing with behavioral concerns, school avoidance, and emotional regulation, helping caregivers feel empowered with tools to support their child’s growth both at home and in school settings.
