Michal likes to utilize a combination of a person-centered/client-centered approach along with existentialism therapy combined with utilizing different types of creative therapies such as sand tray, music, art, and drama therapy techniques in order to help the client understand and see themselves in a completely new way that helps them to utilize different perspectives and world views to increase utilizing interpersonal skills, communication/collaboration skills, autonomy/agency, and belief in oneself as an individual that has power and a voice to create a future that you are happy and fulfilled in. Michal also loves to help those find their greatest passions, meaning, and purposes in their lives so that they are able to follow and pursue their own purpose and dreams. Michal believes in the power of therapy and healing of all individuals and would love to help you harness your inner light about the hardships that we endure throughout our lives and to make meaning of the suffering and pain that we endure to harness our darkest moments in order to help us grow, evolve, and morph into something greater than our deepest wounds and traumas and to cultivate deeper identities for ourselves throughout our lives.
