Bethany Wright is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carlina who has been practicing since 2023. She obtained her MSW from NYU: Silver School of Social Work and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Queens University of Charlotte. Her previous clinical experience includes working with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children in an outpatient private practice setting. Her training includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Emotional Focused Therapy. Bethany provides person centered therapeutic services that are uniquely tailored to the individual that she is meeting with. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based practices to support the individual in achieving their goals. She prioritizes flexibility in her therapeutic approach and believes in meeting the individual where they are at in their life. Bethany specializes in trauma focused care and supports clients throughout their therapeutic journey and will work with them to develop different skills and tools that will help them achieve their unique goals. She believes in each client having agency and autonomy in the therapeutic alliance and will work with each client to create a safe enough space for them to explore their goals. Outside of work, Bethany loves to explore different countries around the world, enjoys spending time with her family, trying new foods, reading (mostly mystery/thrillers), and playing with her dog, Mushu.
