Irene Jackson, LCMHC, provides compassionate mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and families in North Carolina. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use, working with both adults and adolescents. Irene offers empathetic support for midlife transitions, reproductive challenges, and post-partum depression, with a particular passion for helping women and the LGBTQ+ community. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and parenting skills, Irene tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. She also offers Christian counseling for those wishing to incorporate faith into their therapy.
