Mental health is extremely important even if there are not any major things going on in your life. But if you have lost a loved one, or been hurt in any way. I cannot stress how wonderful the counselors are. And their doctors that prescribe medication are wonderful too. You're able to find a perfect fit you don't have to take the first counselor that you meet with. And you don't have to take the first doctor either. I have never felt more cared for by my counselor and my doctor than I do with life stance. Nicole is amazing as is John. Quality staff with people that actually care about you! If you're ever dealing with anything in your life I would reach out to them. And you don't even have to worry you can do virtual visits. Thank you life stance for hiring quality people that care and helping me get my life back.

Feeling very hopeful ! This is honestly the most amazing Nurse I have ever seen. She was so caring and you could tell she really wants to help. Usually, your therapist takes care of the talking . But, my nurse literally went above and beyond! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Hoping my therapist appointment goes as well! Though I’m sure it will! I definitely recommend!

I had an appointment with Heart, she really knew a lot about my condition. If you tell them your diagnosis when you make an appointment they will match you to a therapist who has knowledge of that. My session was very good. Heart gave me a couple of things to work on this week and I feel positive that I can do them.

I’ve had terrible experiences in the past with therapist and I almost opted out because of anxiety… I’m soooo glad I didn’t!!! Mindi is a phenomenal therapist!!! I highly recommend her and that’s saying a lot coming from someone who has had a phobia of therapy for many years!!!!
