Shea specializes in treating individuals who have experienced interpersonal and community trauma, including intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and community violence, as well as adult survivors of childhood abuse. In addition to her trauma and grief work, Shea supports clients dealing with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. She serves diverse populations, including women, military veterans, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Shea’s inclusive practice also extends to first responders and the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.
