About Annsley Ulrich (She/Her)
Annsley Ulrich is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who provides Medical Nutrition Therapy at LifeStance Health. With more than 30 years of experience in nutrition and dietetics, including over ten years specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, Annsley brings extensive clinical experience and a compassionate, individualized approach to nutrition care.
Annsley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from East Carolina University and completed an American Dietetic Association–approved professional practice program in dietetics at East Carolina University. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Annsley specializes in working with individuals experiencing anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, and orthorexia. She helps clients improve their relationship with food and develop realistic, sustainable strategies that support both physical and emotional well-being. Her approach recognizes that recovery looks different for every person, and she works collaboratively with each client to develop a nutrition plan that meets their individual needs and recovery goals.
Annsley also works closely with families and caregivers, providing practical nutrition and meal support to help create a recovery-focused environment at home. This may include guidance with grocery shopping, meal planning, recipes, meal preparation, and strategies for making mealtimes more supportive and less stressful.

In addition to eating-disorder treatment, Annsley has extensive experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy for a variety of health conditions across the lifespan. Her areas of expertise include cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies, autoimmune conditions, and weight management.
Annsley’s goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes that improve their relationship with food, their health, and their overall quality of life.
