About Ashley Sibiga (She/Her)
Ashley Sibiga is a Licensed Associate Counselor, who has been practicing since 2018. She graduated from Centenary Universiry in New Jersey with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology. Ashley believes in guiding and engaging patient throughout the therapeutic process to become a healthier version of themselves inside and out. There is no one size fits all approach to therapy since everyone has their own unique stories. Her main areas of focus include adults 18+ years old, anxiety and depression. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys coffee (it is an essential part of life), watching my daughter play soccer and spending time with family. Ashley is passionate about me time which for her includes baking, fitness and reading.
