Daily responsibilities can be challenging enough. Adding in stress, worry, irritability, poor sleep, sadness, conflict, or low motivation can make them feel impossible sometimes. Each person comes with their own struggles, but also their own strength, voice, and the need to feel safe. I am here to support you in your process of gaining clarity and insight, whether it relates to those daily struggles or depression or trauma, and reduce at least some of those barriers.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in NJ, helping individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, family conflict, anger, stress, and loss. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, neutral space, in which people can feel comfortable to confront these struggles, build effective coping tools, and reconnect with their inner strength.

I’m so glad you’re here. It takes courage to ask for help, and it says a lot when a person shows up for themself. I look forward to meeting with you.
