I believe therapy should fit your life and change it. I help adults, couples and teens build resilience, overcome family conflict, heal from anxiety, depression, and trauma, and navigate sobriety and recovery. With my teens, I focus on growth, confidence, and mindfulness, while partnering closely with parents – you’re my allies. With adults, we’ll learn your patterns, remove roadblocks, and try out tools from CBT and DBT to find what creates lasting change for you. For my individuals in recovery, we’ll dig deep and heal safely as you maintain sobriety. With couples, I utilize Gottman Method to work on learning conflict resolution skills and work towards healthy communication. Click book now to start therapy this week.
