I’m a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who loves working with kids, teens, and adults who think and feel “a little differently.” I specialize in autism, ADHD, anxiety, and peer relationships, using CBT and real-life strategies you can actually use at school, work, and home. With younger clients, I partner closely with parents and caregivers so everyone understands what’s going on and how to support growth.
