Whether you’re adjusting to a new stage, navigating school or career stress, feeling hurt in relationships, or just overwhelmed, we’ll collaborate to pinpoint what’s going on, unravel the patterns in self-talk or beliefs, and realign with CBT techniques. I strive to create an affirming, inclusive space for clients of all identities. For my kids and teens, we’ll connect over your shows, music, or athletics – I’m a fan already.
