I have counseling experience working in various levels of mental care. From working as a group facilitator, couples therapist, and clinician, I provide a safe space to guide and support emerging adults, adults, and elders. I specialize in intergenerational/complex trauma, eating disorders, multicultural issues, family conflicts, substance use disorders, grief, adjustment difficulties, and premarital/marital issues. A major aspect of my work is guiding individuals and couples using evidence-based tools. This includes a psychodynamic, emotion-focused approach along with Gottman Method and Imago interventions with couples. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and calming space to instill hopefulness, build on strengths, and meet their unique mental health goals.
