Casey utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic approach in order to help client’s understand their internal experience and envision change. She does this by helping them identify their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and beliefs. Casey believes in empathetically supporting each client through their present struggles towards healing and growth. Casey is flexible in her approach towards each client, seeking to offer varied interventions and techniques to provide specific care for each individual.
