About Casey Sponring (She/Her)
Casey Sponring is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2019. She graduated from Cairn University with a Master’s degree in Counseling. Casey utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic approach in order to help client’s understand their internal experience and envision change. She does this by helping them identify their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and beliefs. Casey believes in empathetically supporting each client through their present struggles towards healing and growth. Casey is flexible in her approach towards each client, seeking to offer varied interventions and techniques to provide specific care for each individual. Casey considers it an honor to serve every client who she has the privilege of meeting and counseling. Her main areas of focus include anxiety, self-worth and image issues, relational conflicts, as well as grief and loss. In her spare time, Casey enjoys spending time with loved ones, painting, cooking, visiting coffee shops, and traveling.
