As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Lifestance Health, Lydia is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adults and adolescents as they work toward meaningful and sustainable change.

Lydia draws on a warm, grounded approach to help clients feel understood and supported from the very first session. Her previous clinical experience has focused on anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. She also concentrates on transitions, grief, immigration, school/work-related issues and LGBTQ+ affirming care.

While Lydia utilizes various clinical modalities to offer a high level of care, she recognizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship and endeavors to build a safe space that honors each person’s humanity and positionality. She is committed to serving her communities and clients.

Outside of work, Lydia enjoys strength-training, reading, and learning new languages.
