About Ashley Siciliano (She/Her)
At LifeStance Health, Ashley Siciliano helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults build the skills and confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges and improve their emotional well-being. Serving patients throughout New York, she provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also supporting clients facing a variety of other mental health concerns and life transitions. Ashley believes that effective therapy begins with a genuine understanding of each person’s unique experiences, goals, and strengths. She creates a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions, developing healthier coping strategies, and working toward meaningful personal growth. Through individual and group therapy, she tailors treatment to meet the needs of each client, helping them make lasting and sustainable changes. Ashley is particularly skilled in helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She understands the significant impact these challenges can have on academic performance, relationships, work responsibilities, self-esteem, and overall quality of life. Her approach focuses on helping clients identify patterns that may be contributing to distress while developing practical tools to improve emotional regulation, resilience, and daily functioning. Drawing from evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Ashley helps clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She also offers additional therapeutic approaches and support for concerns including grief, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, women’s issues, and major life transitions. Ashley enjoys working with clients across different stages of life, from school-age children and teens to adults and seniors. She values creating a supportive therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect, recognizing that healing and growth look different for every individual. She earned her education through SUNY Old Westbury, where she developed a strong foundation in mental health counseling and evidence-based treatment practices. Outside of her professional work, Ashley enjoys reading and maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness. These interests reflect her belief in lifelong learning, balance, and overall wellness.
