About Shemica Outlaw (She/Her)
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, compassion, and respect. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance use concerns, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is personalized, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we will identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward achieving your personal goals and improved overall well-being.
