Alexandra Gauntner helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults across Ohio develop practical tools to manage emotions, overcome challenges, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives through compassionate care at LifeStance Health. She provides individual therapy tailored to each client’s needs, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Alexandra utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Exposure Therapy, while offering additional interventions to support meaningful and lasting progress.

Her clinical work focuses on anxiety, PTSD and trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, helping clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Alexandra works with children and adolescents experiencing school avoidance and behavioral challenges, as well as adults navigating life transitions, stress, and emotional difficulties. She also has experience supporting individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, those with developmental disabilities, and individuals on the autism spectrum, while offering additional support across diverse populations.
