Mental Health isn’t an easy feat to manage but after my first appointment - I felt very reassured, supported, and comfortable. The receptionist is very nice and welcoming and the clinical staff seem to all be the ideal person one would look for in finding a therapist. Lifestance has been by far the easiest to schedule with and I got in right away when I needed someone most to get me back on the healing journey. Can’t say enough good things about my therapist. Carolina is compassionate, patient, friendly, nonjudgmental, and incredibly intelligent. It’s apparent that she cares about the wellbeing of her clients. She actively listens, validates, and problem solves with her clients. She is exceptionally accommodating to busy schedules and life circumstances that come up. My biggest recommendation is to take the time to find a good fit with your therapist! Feeling comfortable with them and confident in their skills to help you are the two biggest factors that will impact how much you get out of this service.

Very pleased with services offered. Counselors are great. Very professional. Office staff is helpful and kind.danielle is incredible. Danielle is a great listener and her advice has helped me immensely! The EMDR therapy I feel confident will help me handle certain issues in my life! I have two therapists I see at Life Stance and I am very happy with both Shane and Danielle! Would recommend the without reservations.

This company AND MY ACTUAL counselor is LITERALLY the BEST & MOST compassionate, listener, supportive, caring, intelligent, GREAT at relaxing exercises, and SOOOOO MUCH MORE!!!!! He is the FIRST COUNSELOR that I have EVER had that was able TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO RELAX AND PUT MY WALLS DOWN AND ACTUALLY MAKE PROGRESS OF MY ACTUAL ISSUES!!!!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH
