I love Lifestance services. I have a psychiatrist and a psychologist to help me with ADHD and the loss of my son. My psychiatrist listens to me when it comes to how I’m feeling and medicines. He takes what I think into consideration and he helps me with recommendions on what would be/work best for me. He is wonderful, I don’t know what I would do without him, making my life better and more functional.. My psychologist, I don’t even know what to say really, she is absolutely wonderful. She has helped me deal with so much, including the loss of my 22 yr old son to cancer. She’s easy to talk to. I’m very comfortable with her. If you are looking for any kind of therapy, no matter what kind it is really. I have the kinf of therapy I need help with and I am getting that help for sure. I highly recommend Lifestance services.

I’ve been seeing Jen S. for about 8 years now, and I honestly can’t imagine where I’d be without her. From day one, she made me feel comfortable, understood, and never judged. Jen has helped me through so many different seasons of my life. She was there to help me navigate through grieving a death, a cancer diagnosis, difficult family dynamics, and how to mange everyday stress. She always shows up with compassion, and realness. She has a way of listening that makes me feel truly heard, and has taught me the tools to move forward with difficulties in life. I am so grateful to her and everything she has helped me through, and I can’t recommend her enough.

The staff and my providers have always been considerate, understanding and professional. The building and office are easy to find, there’s plenty of parking space around the building and plenty of space in the waiting room. Their tele-health virtual visits have always worked great for me, all you need is a phone and the app. The online patient portal looks a little outdated, but it works fine and it allows you to send messages to your providers directly. This place has always been very helpful to me and I’m really grateful that it’s there.

I was a little nervous about my first appointment, but my provider was extremely professional and understanding of some very heavy topics I would normally be uncomfortable sharing. She took her time and heard all of my concerns, and was very critical when deciding a treatment plan that would be a good starting point to help me the best. I would recommend their service to anyone who is at a point in their life where they need help sorting through things to get to a better place.
