Spectrum Connection Group in Ohio

This group welcomes neurodivergent adults on the autism spectrum who are seeking connection, understanding, and growth.

Get Started

Group Overview:

Together, we’ll explore emotional regulation skills, strengthen social confidence, and build meaningful relationships in a supportive, judgment-free space.

In this group, participants will aim to:

  • Learn and practice emotional regulation strategies
  • Develop and strengthen social and communication skills
  • Build authentic relationships in a safe, supportive setting
  • Reduce feelings of isolation through shared experiences
  • Explore self-understanding and personal growth with peers who “get it”

Join us to connect, learn, and grow in a community that celebrates neurodiversity.

Participants: Adults 18+ of any gender who are are neurodivergent and/or have autism spectrum disorder

Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted

When: Virtual Sessions Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m., starting November 13, 2025
