Grief And Loss Processing Group in Ohio

Grieving the loss of an individual’s life can be an emotionally intense and challenging journey.

Group Focus:

We may find ourselves lost in emotions, searching for our new identities, and looking for the next step to take. This psychotherapy process group for adults will give participants the opportunity to improve their well-being (following a loss) by exploring the grieving process.

Participants will work through navigating death, engaging with expressive therapeutic techniques, and identifying and processing emotions in response to grief. This group will help and guide participants in establishing their next steps forward, all within the support of a therapist-led group setting.

Participants: Adults 18+ of any gender

Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Ohio

Attendance: This group can be attended both in-person at our Westerville, Ohio location, or through virtual online sessions

When:
In-person on Mondays from 4 to 5 p.m. (ongoing)

Virtual on Wednesdays from 4 to 5 p.m., starting December 4, 2024
