Grieving the loss of an individual’s life can be an emotionally intense and challenging journey.

Get Started

Group Focus:

Following the death of a loved one, we may find ourselves feeling lost, alone, and unsure of what will come next. You are not alone. This psychotherapy grief group offers support through every stage of grief; from the moments following loss, to the feelings of hope that illuminate the path forward.

The group participants will have the opportunity to improve their overall wellbeing while navigating loss by engaging with techniques of expressive therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and participant led explorations in the group setting. Participants will be invited to identify, explore, process, and make space for any experience in their individual journeys with grief. This group offers emotional assistance, compassionate support, and gentle guidance in establishing next steps forward, all within the support of a therapist-led group setting.

Participants: Adults 18+

Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Ohio

Attendance: This group can be attended through virtual online sessions and in-person at our Westerville Ohio location if hybrid interests arise.
