Clara Ann brings a steady sense of peace to sessions and maintains a deep, genuine belief in each person’s capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

Clara Ann’s therapeutic approach is optimistic, collaborative, strength-centered, and grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect. She approaches therapy with an integrative theoretical approach, drawing from a blend of time-tested and emerging therapeutic modalities. These modalities include (but are not limited to) techniques from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, grief-centric, and strengths-focused practices, tailoring her work to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Outside of the therapeutic space, Clara Ann finds the most joy in the natural world. She is a nature enthusiast, a budding (and very patient) runner, and an amateur birder!
