Working with lifestance has been wonderful. Since starting therapy through here with Kathryn McCullough my life has turned around. She’s such a kind and caring therapist who really listens and understands. She’s helped me with referrals to a med provider and well as helping me get diagnosed with ADHD. She’s the best and I highly recommend her. My EMDR therapist I see here, Jason Stofel has been nothing short of fantastic. The same as kathryn, being so incredibly kind and caring. I was a little nervous about having a male therapist, but he’s just a big ole teddy bear. LifeStance has changed my life. I was at the lowest point I’ve ever been, suffering from depression and anxiety, the counselor I was assigned to is absolutely amazing! I could not ask for a better therapist. I use the virtual therapy and I love it so much I could do it multiple times a week. LifeStance also offers in person counseling if that is your preference. I truly cannot say enough about the Therapy Services they have offered me. My therapist is perfect for me. I highly recommend LifeStance, there is always hope!

I love my psychiatrist at Lifestance! I've seen many psychiatrists throughout my life, and I've been with Lifestance for about 2 years. I can be open an honest with my psychiatrist for once, and don't feel like a guinea pig being thrown on different meds. I never feel judged either, compared to other psychiatrists I've been with in the past. My psychiatrist takes me seriously, and I'm happy and comfortable with him!

Love my therapist. She's knowledgeable about various therapies, etc. NEVER feel even a hint of being judged, patronized, or belittled. She is patient. And easily flows w/my ADHD scattered & random thoughts. Office is pleasant, clean, & welcoming. Staff are always kind, smiling, & efficient.

I finally found myself ready to start therapy and I'm so happy I found LifeStance. The counselor I work with is awesome and it's been a very easy, low stress process so far (as far as scheduling and such). I'm looking forward to continuing my mental healthcare at LifeStance.

Amanda Stewart is amazing! I recommend her to people I know who need help. Her understanding of subject matter and ability to help me understand is something I’ve never experienced with other therapists. I will continue to recommend Amanda and lifestance to people!
