Teen Girls Self-Esteem Group in Ohio
Being a teenager can be tough, but you don’t have to go through it alone.
Group Overview:
This group is a supportive space for teen girls to build confidence, strengthen connections, and learn practical tools to handle life’s challenges.
In this group, you will:
- Build a stronger sense of self and boost self-esteem
- Learn how to challenge negative thoughts and comparisons
- Practice assertive communication and healthy boundary-setting
- Gain coping strategies for stress, anxiety, and social pressure
- Connect with peers who understand and offer support
Together, we’ll create a safe and encouraging environment where you can grow, share, and discover your strengths.
Participants: Female teens ages 13-17 struggling with self-esteem, social pressure, and comparison
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted
When: Virtual Sessions Tuesdays from 5 to 6 p.m., starting January 6 and ending March 24, 2026

Anny Smith, LSW, provides compassionate and individualized mental health care, focusing on meeting clients where they are with an open-minded and empathetic approach.
