Brenda Gable, MD, AMBS,
About Brenda Gable (She/Her)
Brenda Gable helps children, adolescents, teens, and young adults throughout Ohio navigate emotional and behavioral challenges with compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. As a prescriber at LifeStance Health, she provides medication management services tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Brenda works closely with patients and families to create treatment plans that support long-term wellness, improved functioning, and greater confidence in daily life.
Her clinical interests include the treatment of ADHD, anxiety disorders, and depression, while also addressing a wide range of additional mental health concerns. Brenda understands that emotional and behavioral symptoms can affect every aspect of a person’s life, from academic performance and relationships to self-esteem and overall quality of life. She takes a collaborative and thoughtful approach, helping patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.
Brenda is particularly passionate about supporting individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She recognizes that transitions from higher levels of care can be challenging and believes continuity of treatment is essential for recovery. By providing ongoing medication management and close follow-up, she helps patients and families build stability, maintain progress, and reduce barriers to continued healing.
In addition to serving children, teens, and young adults, Brenda has experience working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, and individuals involved in adoption or foster care. She strives to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where patients feel safe discussing their concerns and working toward meaningful change.
Brenda earned her medical degree from George Washington University. She is committed to staying informed about current psychiatric practices and providing care that is both clinically sound and personalized to each patient’s situation.
Outside of her professional work, Brenda enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling. These experiences help her maintain a balanced perspective and bring warmth and authenticity to her patient relationships.
