I’m currently in EMDR therapy for PTSD, and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s been more effective than any other treatment I’ve experienced. This approach has helped me heal past trauma events quickly and permanently. For me, one hour of EMDR is the equivalent of months of traditional talk therapy. I have been going here for quite some time. Chris Lautt is amazing!!! He takes his time to listen to me. Chris recently told me to trust him and we made a very bold move to take me off one of medications and put me on a different one. I was on this particular medication for around 7 years and at the highest dose. Since the change, I finally feel like I am living my life and not just going through the motions. I feel like me again! I haven't felt this good since elementary school/junior high. I look forward to every day! I appreciate him!

I met remotely with Christopher Lautt. I felt a better connection with him than a recent in person at another practice. He actually listened, and asked insightful questions. He also spoke with me as a human being, not the patronizing attitude I found in person. Based on this experience I would definitely recommend both him and the practice.

I am so grateful for Bonnie Frye for being there listening, and helping through things! I have been with her for just over a year and I can’t believe the improvement I have made in that time! I am really enjoying talk therapy along with EMDR therapy! Thank you so much!

I actually liked them and it was my first day today and I feel like she understood me and she talked to me and understand what I was talking about and what I needed help or so I’m glad that I had this talk with the new Therapist
