Mindfulness For Essential Workers Group in Ohio
This mindfulness group is designed to support essential workers in managing stress and preventing burnout in their demanding roles through various coping skills (i.e., emotional regulation, stress management, and anxiety relief).
Group Overview:
This group will provide support and practical strategies for 10 participants (of all identity types).
Participants: Essential workers who have experienced mild to moderate anxiety for six or more months. Participants may include individuals who regularly encounter high-stress environments, such as healthcare workers, first responders, teachers, and/or social service professionals. Those who experience ongoing worry, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, or feelings of being overwhelmed by work responsibilities are ideal candidates.
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Ohio

Quan Bernardine, LICSW, LCSW, is a compassionate and skilled therapist practicing in Ohio, where she serves individuals and families through LifeStance Health.
