About Jessica Gilliland (She/Her)

Jessica Gilliland, LSW, is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families navigating life’s challenges. Serving patients across Ohio through LifeStance Health, Jessica works with adolescents, teens, and adults, offering a safe and welcoming space to explore emotions, build resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies. Whether addressing the effects of anxiety, managing symptoms of ADHD, or supporting survivors of trauma, Jessica partners with each client to foster meaningful, lasting change.

Jessica’s clinical focus centers on treating ADHD, anxiety, and PTSD/trauma—conditions that often disrupt daily life and relationships but are highly responsive to thoughtful, individualized care. She uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to help clients manage symptoms, identify unhelpful thought patterns, and regain a sense of control. Jessica believes in meeting each client where they are, tailoring her therapeutic approach to fit their personal experiences and goals while offering steady, supportive guidance throughout the healing process.

A dedicated advocate for neurodivergent individuals and underserved populations, Jessica has a particular passion for working with clients from the adoption and foster care community, as well as those on the Autism spectrum. She values creating inclusive, affirming environments where every person feels understood and empowered. Jessica also offers faith-based counseling for those seeking to integrate their spiritual beliefs into therapy, ensuring that care reflects the full depth of each client’s identity. Her services include individual, couples, family, and group therapy, allowing for a flexible, holistic approach to care.

Outside of her professional work, Jessica enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, shopping, and relaxing at the beach. She’s especially passionate about advocating for neurodiversity and raising awareness about the unique needs and strengths within the neurodivergent community.
