Lifestance is the best mental health care organization I have ever worked with! The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever I call or message them. I have been a client for 2 years. I am deeply grateful to my PCP for referring me. I love the telehealth option. I see two medical providers at two locations. Neither is very convenient for me to go to since I don't drive. I would have to take either a city bus or an Uber to get there. Neither one is very appealing. My first therapist left the organization. We connected so well, and I truly grieved. I was certain I would never find another therapist I clicked with so well. I went without a therapist for 3 months, and that was a big mistake. I was a hot mess! I finally called, and they matched me with a therapist based on my needs. Turns out we connect very well, and she is amazing! I enjoy our sessions every week, and she has made herself available for a second session during a week when I really need it. Another great example is that after a few months with a psychiatrist, I didn't feel any connection, and I was uncomfortable each visit. I called Lifestance, and they matched me with a new doctor, and I love her! I appreciate their support and dedication as I navigate this wild and upside-down world we live in. Unfortunately, they do not accept my husband's insurance. I know that has to be negotiated with the insurance company, and it doesn't always work out. I am bummed he cannot experience the same support that I have. Please reach out if you decide to accept Cigna!!

Convenient Telehealth/Zoom meetings. Excellent, truly above average practitioners with excellent qualifications and education in their fields both Psychiatric and Psychological. After almost a decade I'm delighted to have found what I was looking for. Practitioner Calli Hall takes such great care of me I'm glad I looked so hard to find someone of her skill and overall lovely demeanor. Dr. Javier is a treasure. He exceeds my expectations of what a psychologist can ideally provide. So pleased with the care and convenience of this group of care-givers.

Lifestance has been wonderful! The psychiatrist and counselor I had helped me through a very difficult time of my life. I will be forever grateful for the help I received from NP Megan Hawkins and Drew Thompson, counselor. I highly recommend Lifestance to anyone experiencing mental/emotional health problems. There is hope!

I like Dr. SHAW VERY MUCH. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and really cares about my wellbeing. Her office is very welcoming and has a lot of warmth to it I didn't have to wait long for my appointment time. The whole office was nice and clean.

I love the appointments on zoom. The office was close to me and then they relocated pretty far away. The appointments are like being there in person since you can see each other.I prefer this method much more than making the drive.
