Cailynn specializes in anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, working collaboratively with clients to uncover patterns, strengthen coping skills, and foster meaningful change. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), allowing her to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. She also supports clients with additional concerns, including ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions, offering a flexible and personalized path toward healing.
