Ali Consolo, LPC, helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors across Ohio feel more grounded, supported, and capable of navigating life’s challenges with confidence. Practicing at LifeStance Health, she provides a compassionate and structured therapeutic environment where patients can work through emotional distress, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change. Ali serves patients throughout Ohio and brings a balanced approach that blends empathy with evidence-based mental health care.

Ali is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have recently been discharged from psychiatric hospitalization, are involved in court-ordered treatment, or are navigating current legal matters. She understands how overwhelming these transitions can feel and works closely with patients to restore stability, reinforce safety, and create a clear path forward. Her work in this area focuses on reducing relapse risk, strengthening emotional regulation, and helping patients regain a sense of control and hope during complex and high-stress periods.

Her clinical focus includes treating PTSD and complex trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression, while also addressing related challenges such as emotional regulation, life transitions, and relationship stress. Ali utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR, while offering additional therapeutic interventions when clinically appropriate. She also provides individual, couples, and family therapy, and has experience working with specialized populations including LGBTQ+ individuals, military members and veterans, and those involved in adoption or foster care systems.

Outside of her clinical work, Ali enjoys spending time outdoors kayaking, hiking, swimming, scuba diving, and adventuring with her two large dogs. She also appreciates quieter days spent reading, watching a favorite series, playing games with friends, or indulging her love of horror films. These interests help her stay grounded and bring authenticity and warmth into the therapeutic relationship.
