Whether helping a child manage school-related anxiety, supporting a young adult through life transitions, or guiding families through difficult conversations, Meshalle focuses on building resilience, improving communication, and empowering clients to take meaningful steps toward emotional well-being.

Meshalle is especially passionate about working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, developmental disabilities, and those within the LGBTQ+ community. Her warm, collaborative style encourages growth and builds on each client’s unique capabilities and values.

In addition to treating anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD/trauma, Meshalle supports clients through challenges related to alcohol and drug use, grief, and mood disorders. She also offers faith-based counseling for those who wish to integrate spiritual values into therapy. Her extensive experience includes work in diverse settings and a commitment to culturally responsive care. Clients benefit from her deep understanding of life transitions and her holistic, solutions-focused approach.

Outside of her clinical work at LifeStance Health, Meshalle enjoys crafting, cooking, and volunteering for causes that support individuals with developmental disabilities. She brings creativity, empathy, and advocacy into every aspect of her life and work.
