Trenton Sakos, LPC,
About Trenton Sakos (He/Him)
Trenton Sakos helps adults and seniors in Ohio navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. He works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and men’s issues, providing a safe and supportive environment where patients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals. Trenton tailors each session to the individual, focusing on practical tools and strategies to promote meaningful and lasting change.
He is particularly passionate about helping men address the unique challenges they may face with mental health, relationships, and identity. By normalizing these conversations, Trenton creates space for growth, healing, and resilience. His goal is to empower men to build healthier coping skills, enhance self-awareness, and develop stronger connections in their personal and professional lives.
In his practice at LifeStance Health, Trenton offers individual therapy for adults of all ages, including young adults, middle-aged adults, and seniors. He draws on interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to guide clients in reshaping negative thought patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, and improving overall well-being. In addition to his primary areas of focus, he also provides care for a variety of other mental health concerns.
Outside of his professional work, Trenton enjoys hands-on hobbies such as cooking, small woodworking projects, puzzles, and casual gaming. Most recently, he has developed a passion for bread making, finding the process both rewarding and relaxing. These interests reflect his belief in balance, creativity, and mindfulness—values that also guide his therapeutic approach.
