Ryan Fleming, LPCC
Ryan Fleming, LPCC, is committed to walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Serving clients throughout Ohio, Ryan offers individual, couples, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth are possible.
Ryan is especially passionate about treating ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Christian counseling, he helps clients better understand their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. His goal is to equip individuals with the tools they need to find stability, strengthen their relationships, and develop lasting strategies for personal well-being. For clients who wish to incorporate their faith into treatment, Ryan offers faith-based care that honors their spiritual values.
In addition to his work with common mental health concerns, Ryan brings deep experience supporting individuals from unique and diverse populations. He works with clients navigating the adoption or foster care system, individuals with autism spectrum disorders or developmental disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. His approach is rooted in compassion and clinical expertise, ensuring each person receives care that meets their unique needs and life circumstances.
Ryan’s faith is a guiding force in both his personal and professional life. It influences his values, his approach to therapy, and the deep sense of purpose he brings to helping others.
