With 15+ years experience, I have helped a wide range of people ages 18-60. My goal is to help you become a happier, less stressed, and a more productive person in all areas of your life. Sometimes having someone to talk to and to help you connect the dots of your life experiences can help you understand yourself in a much different way to make healthier decisions for yourself and your relationships. I have done extensive work in women’s issues, specifically post-partum depression, infertility, and adoption issues.
