Justine Steele, MSW, LISW,
About Justine Steele (She/Her)
Justine Steele helps teens and adults throughout Ohio navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based mental health care. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy and couples therapy, creating a supportive environment where clients can build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful personal growth.
Justine has experience helping individuals facing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. She works collaboratively with clients to identify patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress and develop practical strategies for lasting change. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs and may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. She also offers support for a variety of additional emotional and behavioral health concerns.
A significant area of focus in Justine’s practice is helping individuals navigate women’s issues, reproductive challenges, and postpartum depression and anxiety. She understands the emotional complexities that can accompany major life transitions, identity changes, fertility concerns, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. Her goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they work through these experiences.
In addition to her clinical work, Justine enjoys arts and crafts, reading, and cooking. She believes creativity, learning, and self-care can play an important role in overall wellness and encourages clients to explore healthy ways to find balance in their own lives.
