Shuna specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, with a particular passion for helping women manage issues related to postpartum depression and anxiety. She is deeply invested in supporting clients as they work through grief, school avoidance, and relationship challenges. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and couples/marital counseling, Shuna helps clients build effective coping strategies, improve communication, and foster resilience in the face of adversity. She is passionate about providing tailored care for couples, families, and individuals, creating a safe space for each client to be their authentic self and celebrate their successes along the way.
