Jacquelyn Tripp helps teens, adults, and seniors across Ohio navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being through compassionate, individualized care at LifeStance Health. She provides individual therapy for those experiencing anxiety, depression, and stress-related concerns, creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful progress.

Jacquelyn specializes in anxiety and stress management, depression and mood disorders, and adolescent counseling. She works collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns of thinking and behavior, develop healthier coping strategies, and build confidence in managing life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, she tailors treatment to each individual’s goals while also offering additional support for concerns such as substance use, relationship challenges, and life-stage transitions.

She is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital. Jacquelyn understands the importance of continuity of care during this critical time and provides structured, compassionate support to help clients stabilize, process their experiences, and successfully transition back into daily life with greater confidence and stability.

With over a decade of experience since beginning her practice in 2011, Jacquelyn brings a thoughtful and empathetic approach to her work. She also offers faith-based and Christian counseling for those who wish to incorporate their beliefs into the therapeutic process, ensuring care is aligned with each client’s values and preferences.

Outside of her clinical work, Jacquelyn enjoys journaling, music, directing plays, and incorporating creative arts into mental wellness, reflecting her belief in the healing power of self-expression.
